Food Trip Friday: PANGA

It's always good to be with family and eat.. But to keep healthy, we must watch what we eat..


This is Tuna Panga or the "Jaw" of a huge Tuna. It is always good to have this roasted and eaten with a soy dip. Healthy and nutritious, minus the dreaded cholesterol..
